Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what information Trader Lady (“Trader Lady”, “we”, “us”) collects when you use the chat service at traderlady.pro, how we use it, and who we share it with. By using Trader Lady you agree to the practices described here.
What we collect
- Whop account information. You sign in with your Whop account using OAuth. Through that sign-in we receive your name, email address, and your Whop user ID, along with whether you hold an active Trader Lady subscription.
- Chat conversation history. The messages you send, the responses generated for you, and related metadata (such as conversation titles and timestamps) are stored in our database so you can resume past conversations.
- Usage counts. We record how many messages you send each month in order to enforce the monthly message quota included with your subscription.
- Basic technical data. Like most web services, our hosting and infrastructure providers may automatically log standard request information (such as IP address and browser user-agent) for security and reliability.
How we use your information
- To authenticate you and confirm you have an active subscription.
- To provide the chat service and store your conversation history.
- To enforce the monthly message quota included with your plan.
- To operate, secure, debug, and improve the service, and to comply with our legal obligations.
Third parties we share data with
We do not sell your personal information. We share data with a small number of service providers strictly to operate Trader Lady:
- Whop handles account authentication, subscriptions, and billing. We never see or store your full payment-card details; those are handled by Whop and its payment processors. See Whop’s own privacy policy for how it processes your data.
- Anthropic (Claude). To generate responses, the messages you send in chat are transmitted to Anthropic’s Claude API. This means your chat content leaves our systems and is processed by Anthropic in order to produce a reply. Please review Anthropic’s privacy and usage policies for details on how they handle API data.
- Hosting, database, and infrastructure providers. We use third-party cloud hosting and a managed database to run the app and store your account and conversation data.
Trader Lady also queries options-market data from the TraderDaddy Pro data pipeline to answer your questions. These market-data lookups are driven by the tickers and topics in your messages and are not used to identify you.
Data retention and deletion
We keep your account information and conversation history for as long as your account is active so the service can function. You may request deletion of your account data at any time, and we will delete it within a reasonable period except where we are required to retain certain records (for example, billing records held by Whop). To make a request, contact us using the channel below.
Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
Trader Lady is intended for adults. It is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of Trader Lady after a change means you accept the updated policy.
